If you’re reading this, you’ve likely come here because things are hard or confusing and you realize you could use some help and want counseling. Perhaps you are healing recent or old trauma or relationship wounds. Maybe you are shifting through interpersonal patterns that are not serving you and it is time to try therapy.
Welcome! I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Social Work. I graduated with my Bachelor's from Columbia College in 2003. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2007. I have been working in mental health since 2010 and became fully licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2014. I am currently licensed in three states: Georgia, South Carolina, and Maine. I have a wealth of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults on a variety of issues and behaviors. I can provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling. I use a variety of techniques including EMDR therapy.
I chose to work in mental health several years ago in order to help support children and families through struggles. No family or situation is the same which creates both rewarding and challenging work. My primary goal is to help support you in your healing process.
